The love of Barrett and Browning

E' qui,
dietro il Muro,
senza una porta,
senza un altare,
nel più profondo dei Silenzi....

Andrea Cutri

What part do I play?

In 2011 I serendipitously met Andrea Cutri via Facebook.

When people hear this they often shudder at the thought but had it not been for social networks, I would never have met half of the most important people in my life at this very point in time.

Sardinian born, Andrea Cutri is surely one of Italy's most talented musicians and composers.

His innate and prodigious talent for music and composing has seen him perform with internationally acclaimed artists such as Peter Gabriel, Eric Clapton, Zucchero, Patty Pravo and many more.

I am in the fortunate and very happy position of collaborating with Andrea on this wonderful contemporary Rock Opera "Eterno Divenire".

My role is that of lyricist for the English interpretation.

We are excited and impatient to hear Andrea's beautiful songs performed in English and truly believe this "international" version will become a global success.

In the meantime please take the time to listen to these wonderful works of a genius musician and performer on

It was very important for Andrea to share his passion and knowledge of physics somehow on the CD cover, so he used images from several graphic artist friends to portray this cross over between music and numbers.

Andrea is one-of-a -kind artist who writes his music via his own system of numbers and equations.

This is itself is a small miracle to me and way beyond my comprehension but all I know is through his unique methods he achieves sounds and musical melodies that I have never previously heard.

I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of Being and ideal Grace.
I love thee to the level of every day's
Most quiet need, by sun and candlelight.
I love thee freely, as men strive for Right;
I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise.
I love with a passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, -- I love thee with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! -- and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.
Elizabeth Barrett Browning

L’unico amore

Aria 4

No I won’t last forever
Here on the ground
Won’t travel ‘round freely
And my hands won’t be feeling
All the beauty the world has in store for me
Life is declining

No it won’t last forever, my suit all in blue
Your house dressed for Christmas
A winter’s fire in the flue
And all of the beauty surrounding us
Awakens at night

Here with you, I’ll remain
Follow my destiny
Find equilibrium in my poetry
My eternal soul inside
Moves within me
And screams out with such might
Burns deep with such light
With her
I will never die

There are things held in time
Solely for me
I speak of true feelings
Little moments with meanings
Held precious
Until our last moment
On this merry-go-round

Here with you, I’ll remain
Before your dear smile
Find equilibrium, in our harmony
That all about us flows
And lives inside
And grows with such great might
A feeling that’s so right
And never
Lose me
You could not

In immensity
I feel my existence

Here with you, I’ll remain
To the ends of the earth and the sun
I will take you
To where nothing exists
And there we will reside
Live in this place
Where everything succeeds
But nothing prevails
With power to divide true honesty

One unique star
Waits there for you and I
Together binds us
And knows what to give us
Knows where to lead us
United and forever
In this
One of a kind love
One of a kind…
